With collections designed both in-house and sourced from across the globe, we focus on simple, timeless luxuries that offer a unique sense of style. The Founder

Alison MacCormick is the founder and creative behind Poème Home. With a Bachelor of Design Education from Sydney University, she has spent over two decades teaching a range of design disciplines, from Fashion and Textiles to Surface and Product Design. Driven by her love for design, Alison completed a Diploma in Interior Design and Decorating, which further fuelled her passion for homewares and creating beautiful spaces.

Her design philosophy centres around the love for natural materials, luxurious fabrics, and simple timeless design. She believes that design should be functional, but it should also move us. Whether through materiality, form, texture, colour or even scent. With this philosophy at her core, Alison founded Poème Home. With the aim of offering small unique collections to other design lovers seeking that extra special piece to add to their own home story.
